Todd Nichols Studios Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We are a very busy boutique portrait studio with limited appointments available.
When you book with us we reserve our entire studio exclusively for you to assure you have all of our attention and a memorable experience. This also means we turn away other business and arrange our staff schedules to be there for you at this date and time.
When you book your session there is a refundable reservation deposit. This helps to assure this one-of-a-kind experience goes to those who are committed to showing up and truly invested in beautiful artwork.
The reservation deposit refund can also be used as a credit toward your artwork and is processed on the day of your portrait presentation and purchase appointment as long as you are present for and participate in your appointments.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel or no-show your session appointment or portrait presentation and purchase appointment the deposit is not refundable. (This is the worst)! Be sure to email or text us if you need to reschedule.
RESCHEDULING: Appointments can be rescheduled with 2 weeks advance notice to give us a chance to rebook the appointment slot. Reschedules less than 2 weeks from your appointment will forfeit the reservation deposit.
Due to the nature of our business all digital and artwork sales are final.
