I was honored to photograph the destination estate wedding of Michelle and Thomas at the brides estate home and the beautiful Tamarack Resort and Arling Center, located outside of McCall Idaho. Tamarack is a four season “alpine-european” resort located in central Idaho with rolling meadows, beautiful mountains and the blue waters of Lake Cascade. Michelle and Thomas were married in a turn-of-the-century style white chapel that offered stunning views of the area. After the ceremony they celebrated with their friends and family at the bride’s mountain estate home which offered breath-taking views of the ski mountain and Lake Cascade. McCall Weddings provided expert coordination, design and decor as well as stunning floral. Delish Catering provided the culinary masterpiece that was dinner! After all the toasting was finished, the bride and groom cut their spectacular wedding cake that was professionally and artfully crafted by Stevi Raff Cake Design. This was not a traditional cake-cutting though! The bride and groom cut it with a saber that has been a long tradition on the grooms side of the family. McCall Party Rentals and The DJ, Hit Man made sure the night was filled with beautiful light, music and dancing under the starry mountain sky. Friends and family were able to enjoy the evening celebrations from the comfortable lounge settings that were furnished by Blush Creek vintage furniture and decor rentals. The evening proved to be a joyful, emotional celebration that included happy tears and plenty of laughter and hugs. Michelle and Thomas, thank you for trusting us to capture these precious moments.
