Snowy Destination Mountain Wedding | Shore Lodge, McCall Idaho - Boise, McCall, Sun Valley Idaho Wedding photography

This wedding was so magical! Rachel and Alex traveled from Texas for their winter destination wedding at the top rated Conde Nast resort, Shore Lodge in the gorgeous mountain resort town of McCall, Idaho. They traveled with their closest friends and family. It was cold outside but all was forgotten as soon as they saw each other for this very touching first look. We saw this beautiful white abyss view from the dock that juts out onto Payette lake and as the snow continued fall there was just enough visibility through the snow and clouds for us to dimly see the distance opposite shore. This loving and involved family was so supportive of this union, I think you’ll see it reflected on their faces in these images. Experiences like this are so rewarding for us as a McCall wedding photographer and destination mountain wedding photographer! The ceremony was very touching and emotional as they shared personal written vows with one another. After the ceremony there was an opportunity to capture some beautiful snowy wedding pictures around the Shore Lodge property. As dusk descended, they headed to their reception which included toasts from their family and concluded with some fun Jewish wedding traditions and a sparkler send off.
